As from 24 February 2022, the Government have removed all remaining domestic restrictions in England, subject to parliamentary scrutiny. The legal requirement to self-isolate comes to an end as from 24 February but current government guidance advises anyone testing positive for Covid-19 to remain at home wherever possible for 5 days. Adults and children who test positive will continue to be advised to stay at home and avoid contact with other people. After 5 days, they may choose to take a Lateral Flow Device (LFD) followed by another the next day — if both are negative, and they do not have a temperature, they can safely return to their normal routine."
Hand sanitiser will remain available and the church will continue to be cleaned down after services. The side pews remain roped off for those who wish to maintain social distancing.
As from 27 January 2022, there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face coverings in church. The government suggests and we would encourage people to continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet Singing is allowed.
Hand sanitiser remains available and we would ask people to continue social distancing in church with some pews remaining roped off. The church will continue to be cleaned down after services.

As from 10 December 2021, new Government restrictions under “Plan B” mean it is now a legal requirement for people to wear face masks in church (unless a person has a legal exemption). Singing is still allowed.
“Track & Trace” is still in operation here, either through the QR code poster or by people giving us their names and contact number. Hand sanitiser is still available and we would remind people to continue social distancing in church with some pews remaining roped off. The church will continue to be cleaned down after services.
