About Us
Named after Saint Margaret of Antioch, St. Margaret's Church is located in Chapel Lane, Great Barr, in the border between Walsall and the outskirts of Birmingham.
A church was first built on the site during the 13th Century and, over the years, has evolved into the beautiful church we see today.
We pride ourselves on our links within the local community which include Scout and Guide sections that are attached to the Church and meet at "The Hub" and St. Margaret's C of E Primary School which is nearby and has strong and active Church links and involvement. However, we also have good links to the other schools and churches within the area.
There is a group for Bible Study & Prayer.
We are looking to grow and to offer the best of both old and new in our worship while holding to our Bible base and values.
We hope to be welcoming and to involve people as they feel able.
