Choir

The Choir is an important part of church life.

Rehearsal is on Fridays from 6.45 –8.00pm. Men, women, boys and girls are all welcome. The choir is affiliated to the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) but no prior musical expertise is required, rather a willingness to learn and to sing in tune. Members have training and may take the RSCM awards.

We hope that members gain joy in singing and in helping lead the congregation at the 11am & 6.30pm Sunday Services, as well as at a variety of special occasions.

The choir often contribute a choir piece or anthem at these services. One bonus is that the choir are often asked to sing at weddings, for which they get paid.
